Jonathan Baeten

With over 20 years of experience across technology and talent acquisition, Jonathan began his career as an SAP Administrator in the global steel and manufacturing sector before transitioning into talent acquisition across Europe. In 2014, he moved into agency recruitment and has since spent more than a decade delivering technology talent to the Sydney market, most recently as a Principal Consultant and Client Services Executive, partnering with commercial and enterprise clients. Throughout his career, Jonathan has supported organisations in building technology teams from the ground up, with a particular focus on cloud transformation and migrations from on-premises environments to cloud-based infrastructure. His understanding of both the technical and talent landscapes enables him to connect businesses with the expertise they need to deliver complex technology initiatives. He has also curated senior-level networking events for Sydney’s technology leadership community. Jonathan joined the Albacore Consulting Group in October 2026 as a Senior Relationship Manager, where he is committed to building long-term partnerships and delivering high-quality consultants and subject matter experts in a timely and cost-effective manner, making him a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their technology objectives.
