Duncan has 20 years of ICT experience spanning both professional services and recruitment. Duncan leverages his expertise in the management of resources to deliver to client's strategic outcomes - set deliverables, milestones or on a T&M basis. Working with executive management teams, steering committees and line managers, Duncan has assisted organisations to achieve their ICT initiatives through the provision of Professional Services.
Duncan has experience working in Australia with many organisations including the major Banks, NSW Government, ACT Federal Government, ICT Vendors, Telecommunications, Retailers, Aviation, and Insurance.
Duncan has a Bachelors of Economics and Management from Leeds University, UK.

Paul holds a BA (Hons) Degree in IT & Commerce. With a career spanning over 25 years, Paul began his journey at IBM (UK) as a Pre-Sales Consultant and Technical Architect, serving clients across EMEA. In 2000, he transitioned into Senior Technology recruitment, where he has since established himself as a leader in the field.
After fourteen successful years with Bluefin Resources as the Divisional Manager for Architecture, IT Strategy, & Executive Technology Leadership, Paul joined the Albacore Consulting Group in July 2022 as the National Senior Relationship Director.
Leveraging his extensive Practitioner, Consulting, and Recruitment expertise, Paul operates nationally, focusing on the Financial Services sector. He excels in providing his clients with a wide range of Consultants and Subject Matter Experts across Technology, Business Transformation and delivery, Data, and Governance, Risk, and compliance. Paul's commitment to delivering resourcing and consulting solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner makes him a valuable partner for his client's strategic initiatives.
