With a career spanning over 25 years, Paul began his journey at IBM (UK) as a Pre-Sales Consultant and Technical Architect, serving clients across EMEA. In 2000, he transitioned into Senior Technology recruitment, where he has since established himself as a leader in the field.\nAfter fourteen successful years with Bluefin Resources as the Divisional Manager for Architecture, IT Strategy, & Executive Technology Leadership, Paul joined the Albacore Consulting Group in July 2022 as the National Senior Relationship Director.\nLeveraging his extensive Practitioner, Consulting, and Recruitment expertise, Paul operates nationally, focusing on the Financial Services sector. With over 20 years of experience across technology and talent acquisition, Jonathan began his career as an SAP Administrator in the global steel and manufacturing sector before transitioning into talent acquisition across Europe. In 2014, he moved into agency recruitment and has since spent more than a decade delivering technology talent to the Sydney market, most recently as a Principal Consultant and Client Services Executive, partnering with commercial and enterprise clients. Throughout his career, Jonathan has supported organisations in building technology teams from the ground up, with a particular focus on cloud transformation and migrations from on-premises environments to cloud-based infrastructure.
